To be considered for membership at Hanover Township Volunteer Fire Company #1, in any of the services, complete the following documents:
Membership Application - Hanover Township Membership Application. (Complete all sections.)
Criminal History Check - PA State Police "Request for Criminal Record Check". (Complete the section in the middle of the page, name, SS#, DOB, etc.)
Driving Record Check - PA Dept of Transportation "Request for Driver Information". (Complete sections "C" & "E".)
After you have completed the above documents, arrange to drop them off at the station, or return them via US Postal Mail. Note that there is a $12.00 fee: $2.00 for membership dues, and $10.00 to cover the background checks (non-refundable). This must accompany the documents:

After the background checks have been performed, and the references have been contacted, your application is considered at our next monthly membership meeting. You will be contacted after you have been accepted into membership.
There is a "new member packet" that you must complete prior to responding to any incidents. We will coordinate a time to review this with you.
