PA DOH EMS Home Page -  The Department of Health is the lead agency for emergency medical services (EMS) in the Commonwealth. The Department’s Bureau of Emergency Medical Services is responsible for the statewide development and coordination of a comprehensive system to prevent and reduce premature death and disability.

PA-DOH LMS - (Login Required) The Learning Management System is a web-based system that puts educational training programs and information sharing at the fingertips of health care professionals around the Commonwealth.  LMS allows practitioners to complete training and share information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at their convenience.

PA-DOH Con-Ed Record (EMSRS) - The EMSRS is a web based certification tracking program.  This program facilitates the initial and recertification of EMS practitioners as well as the tracking of continuing education credits.  Pennsylvania certified EMS practitioners can access real time continuing education data through the EMSRS.
