Facilties

  • Industrial kitchen with stove, oven, griddle, warming table, walk in refrigerator, chest freezer, and food preparation area.
  • Rectangular tables with chairs.
  • Movable bar / serving area.
  • Projection screen.

Event Restrictions

  • The premises are not available for "open to the public, pay at the door" events.
  • Any live or recorded music must end by 11:00pm.
  • The premises must be vacated by midnight.
  • The facility is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside.
  • The Fire Company, and it's members, are not responsible for any items left unattended at the facility after your scheduled event has concluded.
  • Illegal activities and/or drugs will not be tolerated.
  • Firearms are not permitted on the premises.
  • Candles, open flames, and/or pyrotechnics of any kind are not permitted without prior approval from the Rental Hall Coordinator. (This included birthday and/or unity candles.)
  • At no time may the fire exits be covered or obstructed.
  • No stapling, taping, nailing, thumb-tacking of decorations or signs to any walls, windows, doors, ceilings, or fixtures.
  • Fog machines are not permitted in this facility.
  • The Fire Company reserves the right to direct the removal of any decoration considered to be offensive.
  • Storage facilities are not available for renters use. This includes catering equipment or special rental equipment to be stored before or after an event.
  • Parking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • Parking in "No Parking"zones will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
  • No Alcoholic beverages may be served to or consumed by any person under the age of twenty-one (21).
  • The premises shall be used for the type of event described above and for no other purposes.

Renter Responsibilities

The Renter shall be responsible for all persons who attend the fucntion and shall ensure that all persons act in an orderly, responsible, and safe manner. The Fire Company retains the right to terminate the event or expel any person or persons who are deemed to be unruly, unsafe, involved in potentially illegal activities, acting with dangerous behavior, or who are in violation of any other clause of the contract.

Any damages to the Hanover Township Volunteer Fire Company #1's property will be repaired by the Fire Company at the Renter's expense. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover the damages, the Renter shall be responsible for the remaining balance due.

The Renter is responsible for all expenses, fees, and add on options he/she/they may choose.

The Renter assumes full responsibility for all food/beverage brought on site.
